Send Only, Receive Only out of sync deletions question

Hi,I’m fairly new to Syncthing, using it to transfer files between my Mac and Android.

The Mac folder is Send Only and the Android folder Receive Only - this protects the Mac folder from deletions and keeps it as a sort of archive.

But there is, of course an Out of Sync list of files deleted on the Syncthing Android app.

I guess that this list will lengthen over time, so I wonder if there’s a way to delete the present Out of Sync list (because I’m happy with the deletions) so that only new deletions are shown - making them easy to check.
